Approach

Responsible for UI design across the website global navigation and key parts of the buying journey, I quickly identified where simple, timesaving updates could be used and where there were opportunities for optimisation and improvement.

I contributed to the creation of the online style guide by designing reusable components and patterns to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform, balancing brand expression with usability and findability.

Result

Through close collaboration with engineers and other designers, we created a new online style guide and successfully launched a fresh, contemporary site and native apps in time for the big brand reveal two months later.
